- I will pay for all repairs performed and parts and materials installed in my vehicle. I will pay for teardown, inspection, and re-assembly even if no repairs are made.
- I will promptly pay all amounts due, or if arrangements have been made, I will pay net 20th. If I have not paid the amount under these agreements, I will pay an interest rate of 2% per month (24% annual).
- Big Shop Diesel Services, Inc. may hold my vehicle until all amounts owing are paid in full.
- I will pay a storage fee equal to the State of Texas impound rate beginning seven days after completion of repairs.
- Big Shop Diesel Services, Inc. employees may drive my vehicle on public streets for testing and inspection.
- Big Shop Diesel Services, Inc. is not liable to me for any losses caused by unavailability of parts or delays of delivery of parts.
- Big Shop Diesel Services, Inc. is not responsible for loss or damage to my vehicle or it’s content in case of fire or theft or any damage not caused directly by Big Shop Diesel Services, Inc.
- If a dispute arises over this agreement, I will pay Big Shop Diesel Services, Inc. its collections costs. Including attorney fees, court costs, and other legal expenses.
- Big Shop Diesel Services, Inc. will warranty all labor and workmanship for XX days.
- Big Shop Diesel Services, Inc. is not responsible for damage caused by performance products.
- Big Shop Diesel Services, Inc. does not accept checks or money orders at this time.
- All high-performance products are for competition or off-road use only.
- All electronics sales are final. No returns.
- Credit will not be given for cores returned after 45 days.
- Big Shop Diesel Services, Inc. accepts the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover for purchases below $10,000.00 USD. All purchases at or above $10,000.00 USD requires a wire transfer. (Wire transfer information provided upon request).
- Big Shop Diesel Services, Inc. reserves the right at any time after receipt of your request to accept or decline your request for any reason or to supply less than the quantity ordered of any item.
- If any issues with the products ordered, please contact your sales rep: and Big Shop Diesel Services, Inc. will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Big Shop Diesel Services, Inc. will accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship through our warranty process. Fulfillment mistakes made by Big Shop Diesel Services, Inc. resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to will also be accepted for return 30 days from the date of purchase. All other returns are accepted within 60 days of purchase with a fee of 20% of the retail price of the product returned.
- Big Shop Diesel Services, Inc. cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or information received from our suppliers, Big Shop Diesel Services, Inc. shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price.
